DATABASE OF OKLAHOMA FACILITIES STORING EHS
The Oklahoma DEQ uses the CAMEOfm database to maintain current information for facilities within the state that store hazardous materials on site. Each year, all facilities covered by Emergency Planning and Community Right-to-Know Act (EPCRA) must submit their information to the CAMEOfm database.
The CAMEOfm only contains information regarding the storage of hazardous materials at various facility sites within the state; no information is available regarding their movement. Because of this, the HazMat survey was designed and distributed to those facilities which store EHS on-site to collect their shipment information.
