Web-based survey to collect ehs shipment data

The CAMEOfm database contains comprehensive information regarding the locations of the facilities that store hazardous materials in the state of Oklahoma, the materials they store, and their chemical properties.

However, EHS shipment information required for modeling EHS flow and conducting a risk assessment was not available. An online survey was designed and deployed with the objective of collecting the following information:

Origins and destinations of EHS shipments

Transportation mode

Frequencies of EHS shipments

Container type used for a shipment

Web-based survey to collect ehs shipment data

A web-based survey was distributed in 2017/2018 to the facilities that store EHS on-site.
